The Haslams, owners of the Cleveland Browns, hope to conduct a “substantial remodel” of the existing structure, which will most likely not include a dome and may take 3 to 5 years to complete. Renovation of the stadium is expected to cost up to $1 billion and will reportedly look like a “night and day difference” from its current appearance.
